This isn't MX4 specific. I'm affected and I have an Aquaris 4.5. See duplicate bug 1445527. My issue is not the noise itself, it is that it doesn't stop if the screen is off when music finishes and that this causes battery drain. If this isn't what you want to track in this bug, then please undupe
