Bug description:
  I use dnsmasq as a local DNS on my ethernet network, while I have a shared
wifi connection on the same PC.
  I had to solve some conflicts with NetworkManager (by commenting the line
dns=dnsmasq in NetworkManager's configuration).
  It worked, but dnsmasq didn't see when the computer's DNS configuration was
updated (namely, when the wifi connection was turned on or off).
  After some Internet search, I found a forum, explaining that there was a
conflict between NetworkManager and resolvconf packages, with the same symptoms
as my problem (the resolv.conf file was saying "configured by resolvconf", and
not "configured by NetworkManager", and was not updated with wifi DNS). This
forum explained that resolvconf could be uninstalled, as NetworkManager was
doing the job.
  So I uninstalled resolvconf, which work perfectly: NetworkManager now updates
resolv.conf file, and dnsmasq takes it into account.
  But since I did it, I have this error on each start-up.

2015-09-21 Thread Thomas Hood
Can you please try to figure out what part of the resolvconf postrm
script is yielding the exit status 128?
