Public bug reported:

I have an Aquarius E5 phone with two SIM cards. When I make a call, I always
manually select one of the cards, then a pop up appears asking whether I want
to change the defaults. I click on "Do not ask again" and then press "No".
Despite choosing "Do not ask again", the pop-up appears every time I make a
call.

** Affects: dialer-app (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
