Also I want to add other case: if we have opened webbrowser in background with only new tab view and we use some other app/scope to open web-browser it creates new tab with expected website. So the state for that is also view tab, expected website Better would be that system will check if there exist opened some view tab and open our website inside it, instead of creating new tab.
