In the download page, a "Sorry there arent currently any apps installed
that can handle this type of content" message from the peer picker is
displayed when one clicks on a downloaded content (e.g. pdf) for which
no handler app is installed.

If one installs such apps for the corresponding content (e.g. beru for
pdfs), and retries to open the document w/o closing the browser the same
message appears which is not very pleasant and puzzling (from the user's
perspective) as a behavior.
