Public bug reported: I'm using Ubuntu 16.04 with apt 1.2.10ubuntu1 and I'm noticing that in the manpage of apt-get the option --no-install-recommends is documented but not --install-recommends. Possibly this does also apply to similar options like --install-suggests.
