We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to review all reported bugs in a timely manner. You reported this bug some time ago and there have been many changes in Ubuntu since that time. Ubuntu 16.04 (xenial) reached end-of-standard-support on April 29, 2021. Do you still see a problem

** Description changed: I have two identical AMD Cards and whichever card I name in the BIOS as primary correctly displays the desktop and allows me to orient the desktop directly (landscape, portrait, etc). The secondary card will not allow the settings to be changed in anyway. Perfo
