Confirmed the same behaviour on two devices; both mako and krillin now: OTA-10 WORKS OTA-11 FAILS The workaround is to install OTA-10 first and configure wifi under OTA-10. Then you can upgrade to OTA-11 and it will keep working. If I had to guess, it looks like OTA-11's regression is that it's
