Yes, I am clear. Actually my touch screen was not working and I just
upgraded. Forgot the warning part. However, uninstalled and the error gone
and touchscreen working.

Anupam Datta, to advise, one doesn't download supported Ubuntu kernels
from anywhere. It's provided when one updates the computer.
You will need to uninstall the 3rd party kernel in order to restore your
system to a supported state.

Previously I was told to download latest kernel from Ubuntu repo and I did
that. And you are saying unsupported? Can you please give me exact
downloadable links of kernel? I will download and install and will see
whether the Problem is there or not

This is problem is persistent even after newer releases. And NVIDIA for
god's sake work with ubuntu. I can not use any GPU inbuilt. Such a
frustrating condition
