libicu52 is and old version of the package and is not needed by any software that is in Ubuntu 16.04. We experienced this issue while installing "Ubuntu 16.04.2 LTS Version". Does this applies the same? I mean do we have any workaround to get this or only option left with to replace with libicu55?
