Need a license check test
Status in unity8 package in Ubuntu:
Fix Released
Bug description:
We used to have a license check test when running on the old CI, that
got lost when moving to the new CI.
We should introduce one as a regular "make test" check.
Saviq mentions unity-api project has one we could get inspired by.
