I have this bug still, though much less frequently. I have updated the
linked bug report. I'm in Canada on the Telus network so it is an issue
that affects people outside the USA.

I originally thought that this was a USA only bug because of the
Cellular Band differences, but it looks like it affects people
everywhere.

Title:
Mobile network denied
Similar experience on my Pro 5, but mostly problems with mobile data
connectivity. I think this is one of many incarnations of the same
connectivity issues reported in a large number of bug reports.
