[Touch-packages] [Bug 1626808] Re: Unable to log in from bq Aquaris tablet
Can you attach before/after screenshots? You should be able to take a screenshot by pressing both Vol Up+Vol Dn at the same time. You should be able to attach them to the bug via the browser on the M10 or transfer them via USB to a PC for attaching to the bug. If you attach with USB and with developer mode enabled, you can use the "phablet-shell" tool on Ubuntu to shell in to the tablet, and watch /home/phablet/.cache/upstart/dbus.log while trying to log in. There may be some indication of what's going on printed to this file while attempting to log in. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Touch seeded packages, which is subscribed to ubuntuone-credentials in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1626808 Title: Unable to log in from bq Aquaris tablet Status in Canonical SSO provider: New Status in ubuntuone-credentials package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: Hi I have five Aquaris tablets I am installing some new products I have built onto.
