bq M10 rc-proposed r219

Steps to reproduce:
1. Switch to desktop mode
2. In landscape open for example the Clock app
3. Move the Clock app window to the right
4. Rotate the tablet

What happens:
The Clock app window is off screen, not visible.

Maybe would be better if app windows x and y values were relative to the
screen width, height and not absolute like they are now.
