thanks for the work, is adding a persian input really that important
that it needs to land this cycle rather than at the start of the next
one?
the bugs fixes might make more sense to get in but you give little
detail on what issues are fixed or what is improved, could you give some
specifics?
... or if Laney says it's ok let's say it is ;-)

We have updated packages built for the OSK which add support for Persian
input and for more convenient cursor movement (bug 1566172). These
packages also include a number of bug fixes to improve OSK interaction
