1) Could you please provide the full computer model as noted on the sticker of
the computer itself (not from the Bug Description, or the result of a terminal
command)? For example:
HP Pavilion dm4-1160eo Entertainment Notebook PC
2) Did this start to happen after an update? If so, which specifically?
3) Could you please provide a screen recording of the slowness?
4) To see if this is resolved in your release, could you please update
your HWE stack as per https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Kernel/LTSEnablementStack
and advise to the results?
