I am also having the same problem w/ 17.10. Maybe be a duplicate of bug 1726187 and 1736690. I am also having issues with my WiFi connection dropping out, freezing, etc. I see other bugs reported as well for 17.10 / 18.04 Ubunutu. I am using latest 17.10 build, clean install. Laptop: Yoga 11e
