Title:
  systemd-udevd crashed with SIGABRT in __libc_open64()

Status in systemd package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  This is one of those bugs that appear randomly, and not when doing
  anything in particular. In this specific case, I just had chrome open
  watching Netflix and popped up in the background.

  ```
  dustin@bashfulrobot:~$ lsb_release -rd
  Description:  Ubuntu 17.10
  Release:      17.10
  ```

  ```
  dustin@bashfulrobot:~$ sudo apt-cache policy systemd
  [sudo] password for dustin:
  systemd:
    Installed: 234-2ubuntu12
    Candidate: 234-2ubuntu12
          500 http://ca.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu artful/main amd64 Packages
          100 /var/lib/dpkg/status
  ```

  I had no expectations beyond not getting the error. Other
  functionality had remained.
