In my case it works also by setting the IPV6 to "Automatic, address only". Try like this. Turn off the connection, set it to Automatich, address only or "Ignore" and then re-enable the connection. In my case this procedure works (see attachment) ** Attachment added:

I encounter the same problem with the daily Xubuntu 18.04 and Ubuntu MATE 18.04 of March 5, 2018. The connection via ethernet cable does not work unless I disable the ipv6. In practice I have to set the Method to Ignore in IPV6 Settings to navigate. -- You received this bug notification
