Ah, after examining this more closely, Seth is correct in that Ondrej needs to pull in the fix to bug 1764848 in the openssl pacakge in the https://launchpad.net/~ondrej/+archive/ubuntu/php ppa. I have filed https://github.com/oerdnj/deb.sury.org/issues/859 for the issue. Thanks! ** Bug watch a
