Public bug reported:

Description: Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS
Release: 18.04
network-manager:
  Installed: 1.10.6-2ubuntu1
  Candidate: 1.10.6-2ubuntu1
  Version table:
 *** 1.10.6-2ubuntu1 500
        500 http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu bionic/main amd64 Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

I expected to be able to click on my wifi connection icon in the top
bar. Then click Wifi settings to bring up the list of stored networks.
Then click the settings icon and go to the Security tab. Then edit the
password and save the dialog.

Instead, after I edit the password there is no save option. Only the
cancel option. I confirmed that clicking the cancel option does in fact
cancel and not save the change. The Apply button on the top right
remains disabled regardless of changes made. Clicking the disabled Apply
button does nothing.

** Affects: network-manager (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
