Public bug reported:

When you install 'ntp' the /etc/ntp.conf it writes refers to the
following:

 - *.ubuntu.ntp.org

This hostname name and subdomain doesn't exist, it would be better if
you just import and write http://ntp.snails.email/v1/ntp.conf
alternatively make a file that randomly selects the pool and server from
http://ntp.snails.email/v1/online.json --> so you download the .json,
and then have somewhere on *.ubuntu.com that has a ntp.conf it will and
randomly compile alist of pool items from the .json --> this will stop
chronologistic buffering convulsive environments...

** Affects: ntp (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
