and the new service is a nicer way of expressing the needed modules.

That documents the new systemd units in the changelog, but doesn't
explain what the impact is of these changes. There don't appear to have
been any modprobe calls from systemd units previously, what calls have
been moved to these units? All modprobe calls previously handled
internally to udev?

@vorlon I've updated debian/changelog mentioning those two new features.
They are indeed missing from NEWS.
The debug files are only in .ddebs, I've attached a pairwise debdiff on
.debs.

worthy of a callout but there's no mention of it in the 245 news.
