[Touch-packages] [Bug 1868415] [NEW] Dell l322x Touchpad click drag doesn't work

You have been subscribed to a public bug:

I've upgraded (fresh installation) my OS from 14.04 to 18.04. And everything 
but the touchpad seems to work properly. 
When i try to drag and drop something or selecting some text seems dead. I 
tried to do the same things with an external mouse and it works well.
