Wrong package as that's against the LXD snap and not any archive
package.

The issue sounds like: https://github.com/lxc/lxd-pkg-snap/issues/39

If you have any idea on how to reliably reproduce the issue, please
comment in the Github issue as it's something we'd really like to get
rid of...

  Hangs after eoan -> focal release upgrade on shutdown

Bug description:
  Hi,

  I upgraded one of my machines from eoan to focal today and the reboot after 
the upgrade hang with:
  ```
  A stop job s running for Service for snap application lxd.daemon (xxx / 10min)
  ```

  Attached is the output of "sudo journalctl -u snap.lxd.daemon.service"

  This machines does not use lxd heavily but it does have a running
  snapcraft-core20-test container
