June 4, 2020 apt update installed two networking packages:
network-manager_1.14.6-2+deb10u1_amd64.deb
libnm0_1.14.6-2+deb10u1_amd64.deb

After rebooting the laptop, the wireless access point(s) are no longer
available in the Network Manager. The "Enable Wi-Fi" is checked. "Wi-Fi
Networks" is grayed out.
