When a Bluetooth device connects, the output device selection in sound
setting automatically switches to it, but the sound isn't actually sent
to the device.

One has to switch back to a different device first (e.g. laptop speaker)
and then select the BT speaker again. Only then the sound stream is
actually playing from the device.
