Since this version of lxc was SRU'ed only to Ubuntu 20.04 LTS and not
Ubuntu 20.10 we have a situation where the version in 20.04 is greater
than 20.10. However, I tried an upgrade from 20.04 to 20.10 and the
upgrade was calculable and the 20.04 version of lxc was kept installed.
Given that Ubuntu
lxc auto package tests show green for 4.0.6-0ubuntu1 other than i386,
which failed previously.

which runs both unit and integration tests and is integrated with
Ubuntu.

indicates thate the upstream must have "a reliable and credible test
suite", "test run during package build", and "the package has an
autopkgtest". Is that true for lxc? If so could you include information
about that in the bug
