Public bug reported: gsettings-desktop-schemas 40 is supposed to be used with gnome-shell 40, not 38, and hence has moved the <Super>Page_up/Down (and <Shift>) shortcuts for moving between workspaces from vertical to horizontal settings, breaking workspace navigation in gnome-shell 38.
