[Touch-packages] [Bug 1973032] [NEW] Can't report a bug anymore

Public bug reported: Hi guy's! I got some GPU lock-ups or freezes today an last weekend and want to report it (x-org). But every time I go through ubuntu-bug it says at the end, that the bug can't be reported because it isn't a official release and I have to uninstall all 3rd party packages
