No more problem: installation of the packages might have been at fault
on my machine as the problem is not there anymore (e.g. ~$ gst-
inspect-1.0 srtsink is successful).

Bug description:
  Although gstreamer1.0-plugins-bad_1.20.3-1ubuntu6 is compiled against
  libsrt1.5-gnutls, the related srt gstreamer bad plugins are not
  available (i.e. srtsink, srtsrc, srtserversink, srtserversrc, etc.).

  ~$ gst-inspect-1.0 srtsink
  No such element or plugin 'srtsink'
