Seems the bug only happens when using non integer fractional scaling (such as 2.5x or 250%). When using 2x (200%) mouse still scale ok. And when fractional scaling disabled and setting 200% scaling, also mouse ok. Happen to me here also, 250% fractional scaling. desktop-icons-ng uses GTK3 so maybe that's the common factor?
