Title:
  After a very recent update most browsers are not able to load webpages
  in Ubuntu 24.04

Status in linux-lowlatency package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  After a recent update of packages (in the last couple of hours or so)
  neither Firefox (snap) nor Google Chrome (.deb) nor Chromium (snap)
  are able to load pages. Gnome Web is the only one that seems to work.
  Also, apt loads fine.

  Chromium complains of DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NO_INTERNET.
