Title:
gnome app title bars don't disappear on maximise

Status in ubuntu-themes package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
When running gnome apps such as gnome-documents, epiphany etc the
title bar should disappear when the window is maximised.

This does not happen when using the Ubuntu Ambiance Theme. It appears
to be because the Ubuntu themes are missing the styling for "border-
  only" frames.
