Eh, I am not able to locate which part of code triggers the warning. In
any case, debian version can be different from the one written in the
.egg-info file (e.g. 0.9.3+11build1 is conforming to pep404, for
instance).

Public bug reported:
I got a update error from the package fglrx. After rebooting I lost my
graphical display and got errors from lightdm. I cannot comment more.
ProblemType: Package
DistroRelease: Ubuntu 14.04
Package: lightdm 1.10.5-0ubuntu1
ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 3.13.0-51.84-generic
@aquina:
ntpd doesn't have to be shipped with a configuration that will launch it
as a daemon. It can easily be used to do ntpdate's job without
daemonizing.
Also, the ntpd binary is actually only around 2/3 the size of the
ntpdate binary, so I think you may be backwards on which one is bloated.
I am also having this issue on Ubuntu 14.10 with unity. Inkscape often
crashers when modifying text boxes.
