We discovered a work around so this is probably invalid and I will mark
it o=so.
The image displayed on tap is apparently not updated in qml (even though
the file on disk has changed) because the source property (the url
pointing to the file) is unchanged. The work around is (in
perform_action)

we did decide to filter out any blank genre from the Genres view. I
agree with you--I think it'd be preferable to just filter any blank/null
Album/Artist.

Hello,
I was using previously Linux Mint and then I had the idea that I'll change my
system to Ubuntu Mate.
After the installing and rebooting I faced immediately the same problem as the
guys here.
I can only login if I choose the kernel in the recovery mode. I'm using at the
moment the
robegue, I'm not convinced we have an actionable issue here that needs
to be addressed via scheduling resource now. This is how to have a few
seconds in scrolling the attached picture is expected here.
Also, it matches the speed with which Office does the scrolling.

Old non-mir apps have ugly icons which don't fit to the other mir native
apps.
A solution could be that unity 8 generates the icon background itself
(maybe with a slight gradient touch or other style) so that it fits at
least with the same icon size and shape.
