I was experiencing this issue with 18.04.
Running GA-Z170-HD3-rev onboard audio from the back panel.
"Line Out - Built-in-Audio" would flicker between 'plugged in' and
'unplugged' causing a little pop or drop for a few 40-60ms every 4-5

initrmafs-tools is in the clear - it wasn't finding a kernel image

the kernel. My headphones, speakers and microphone work all perfectly

Just a note: I had already tried the "clevo-p950" as an option, but it

configures Chromebook's keys. In chromeos I was able to use adv page and re
