Booting with UB 24.04 CD on Thinkpad T510. Budgie graphics are missing on
boot, just test "Ubuntu Budgie 24.04".
Once desktop is loaded a hard freeze. If one selects the boot option "Safe
graphics" then the boot completes and liveCD is functional without lockup

still get a hang with Vivaldi and nextcloud-desktop still does not work.
