Was able to fix sf mirrors issue by replacing sf mirror with some github
copy:
sudo sed -i
's#http://downloads.sourceforge.net/corefonts#https://github.com/pushcx/corefonts/raw/master#g'

"sudo kbd_mode -s" fixes it for some time.
