once the drag and drop (to move a folder) is done
the "double-cursored-with-a-folder-icon" is back as mouse-cursor…

I've noticed yesterday the same kind of problem with ubuntu 14.04 :
whatever the size of gdebi's window, the box height where dependencies
are listed doesn't ever change. It keeps the same size and only two
lines of the list are shown yet there are more lines in the list.

Hi SoKai, as stated in at top of the page, fix has been released for
Xenial ( lts version ) and I confirm it's solved the problem on my
machine.
There is a quite easy workaround that should also do the trick in 15.10
while waiting for its EoL :
