Snapdragon™ X7 LTE but when I finished to set in GUI, asked

I can't upgrade modemmanager :
sudo apt install modemmanager
modemmanager est déjà la version la plus récente (1.6.8-2ubuntu1).
And for libmbim and libqmi :
sudo apt install libmbim libqmi

Just to be sure that the app is find in -proposed. I don't know if it's

I decommented all lines in sources.list and reinstalled modemmanager.
But always the same version : (1.6.8-2ubuntu1)
