This is how to reproduce:
* With finger 1, pull the dash down
* Add a finger 2 to the pull down gesture
* release finger 1 (keep on holding finger 2)
* pull the launcher in from the left with finger 3
* release finger 2
* release finger 3
= dash is stuck there

Having a pull to refresh entry in the applications scope feels really
wrong, given it shows only local content and should be up to date all
the time anyways.
It would be great to disable this feature for some local-only scopes.

Boot the phone with two SIM cards loaded, requiring SIM PIN. When the
phone boots up and asks you for the first SIM PIN, click the cancel
button. There's 50% chance it'll take down the whole session while
trying to bring up the SIM pin entry dialog for the second PIN.
