Title:
3rd level key chooser does not work
Status in xorg package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
All keyboard settings were loss after upgrading to 15.04.
I restored layout switching and 3rd level key.
Layout switching restored well, but 3rd level key chooser does not
work.
I tried to set up Compose key, it works, but it's not convenient.
