Using the M10 I can very effectively use Xapps without an external
monitor. We may want to have separate policies for phones and tablets,
but I would think its simplest to not do this at all.

Steps:

Open a few Xapps in staged mode
Switch to desktop mode for a while
Switch back to staged mode

What happens:

A dialog is presented with two options - to reconnect (I was never
connected) or close all

What should happen

Nothing, go to staged mode.
