Meizu Pro 5 OTA14 is also affected. i am able to reproduce this bug 100% on arale rc-poposed. when you tap the screen the video (last still frame) flickers until media player's UI hides and then stops. if you tap again same result, video flickers when the UI appears. so it looks like the flickering it is linked to the UI animation.
