interesting, now i'm using SDL-2.0.4-10292.zip Source snapshot for SDL
2.0 (Updated Mon Aug 29 ) from here https://www.libsdl.org/hg.php and
it's the other way arround. i create the window with
SDL_WINDOW_FULLSCREEN and i dont get full screen. i can see the top bar
