Public bug reported:

What Happened:
1) Open the webbrowser-app
2) Start typing in the address bar to reveal suggestions, eg type "BBC"
3) Move the cursor/focus to the first suggested item (by pressing down arrow)
4) Start attempting to type, to edit the address bar (eg to add "News" or
"Sport")
5) Notice that typing does not work as the field is not focused

What I expected to happen:
At step 4 if you have a suggestion focused and you start to type it should
focus the address bar.

Note that other browsers, eg Firefox and Chrome, both do the expected
case.

** Affects: webbrowser-app (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
