Hello! After installing nvidia-375 driver and switching to it no audio devices 
are shown in Settings/Sound/Output/Play sound through
Thank you for your help.


I tried this:

1. Depicts audio card in mentioned area but no sound
Run the following command into the Terminal:

gksudo gedit /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf
Scroll down and add these lines to the end of the file:
options snd-hda-intel model=generic

2. No effect at all
Run the following command into the Terminal:

gksudo gedit /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf
Scroll down and add these lines to the end of the file:

#Keep snd-pcsp from being loaded as first soundcard
options snd-pcsp index=-2
alias snd-card-0 snd-hda-intel
alias sound-slot-0 snd-hda-intel
options snd-hda-intel model=dell-m6-amic
Then, save , reboot and test sound using headphones and speakers.

3.didn't work
sudo apt-get install dkms
Then download and install (e.g. with ubuntu software center) the .deb file from 
the latest vivid alsa build at 
https://code.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-audio-dev/+archive/ubuntu/alsa-daily/+packages


4. didn't work
sudo apt-add-repository ppa:ubuntu-audio-dev/alsa-daily
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install oem-audio-hda-daily-dkms
