I dont know much about computers but im willing to learn, and my Inglis
is not that good, sorry for that. i hope you can figure it out!

I bought a laptop asus transformer book t101ha-gr03ot, windows 10 pre installed.
soundcard: intel sst Audio Device (WDM), Realtek 12s Audio Codec.
The first thing i did after the basic windows startup, i installed ubuntu as 
dual boot.
the installation went almost fine, i discovered the problem that there is no 
sound, totally no sound even by startup ubuntu.
So i tried some things, like installed alsa mixer, but i get a error.

"An error occurred while loading or saving configuration information for
GNOME ALSA Mixer. Some of your configuration settings may not work
properly."

no further details.

When i open it in terminal ~$ gnome-alsamixer  
it gives me this:
