Hi, Sorry—I misunderstood your message. It is probably still a problem, but after waiting 6+ years for a resolution to this issue (or even an acknowledgement) I gave up and got rid of my printer altogether. It's disheartening that such a critical issue—one which prevented use of the printer entirely—was ignored without comment for years.
